New construction single family homes
Our goal with our single family new construction projects is to bring back the starter home as everyone deserves to be a homeowner! We look to achieve this by offering homes at price points that are economical for low and middle class families, starting in the $200K’s. We can achieve these lower price points by being a non-profit with no investors to answer to, utilizing mathematical approaches in our designs to cut down on wasted time and materials, and with the help of your donations.

Attainable Apartments
Rental rates have gone out of control! All luxury and new apartments require dual income to be able to afford them, and all reasonably priced apartments are old, run down, and in less desirable areas. Nowadays it is nearly impossible for the average person making the median wage to afford a two bedroom apartment while trying to save to buy a home, pay off student loans, and not live paycheck to paycheck. We are focusing our efforts to fix this by building new or renovating old buildings with luxury features in desirable areas, while still being able to offer rents at an attainable rate for those working hard to make a decent living. Our goal is to offer one bedroom units at $900/m, two bedroom units at $1,100 month, and three bedroom units at $1,300/m.
We do not have any active apartment buildings under ownership at the moment, but we are striving to acquire our first shortly.
EZ Era Partnership
EZ Era is a subscription-based platform designed to help everyday people set and achieve financial goals—whether that means paying down debt, saving for a home, or building long-term wealth. Through our partnership with First Step Housing, EZ Era users can take real action toward their rent or homeownership dreams. Members can set custom goals on their EZ Era dashboard and link them to a RaiseRight account under First Step Housing, earning money toward their goal with everyday purchases. First Step Housing then deposits these earned funds quarterly into users’ accounts, helping them move closer to reaching their rent or down payment targets one step at a time.
